SSI is a creator of after market thermal printheads (for receipt printers, etc) and deals almost exclusively in the B2B space. Rather than simply updating an old informational website, we decided SSI needed an e-commerce platform geared for B2B.
Existing customers can log in, see order history, and even access preferred pricing. New customers can easily sort through the 100+ SKUs to find the exact product they need. By automating the order-taking procedure, the sales team could now focus exclusively on maintaining client relationships and forging new ones.
